i’m 35 and writing for the first time with purpose. I’ve always written something, i love being creative. But I’ve never admitted to myself —or anyone else— that I wanted to write a book.
in february 2025, just as i turned 34, i decided to say it out loud: I want to write and publish a book.
In August 2025 I spent two weeks and allowed Taken by shadows to pour out of me.
and that’s the dream I’m following. it’s scary, it’s completely new to me, and it’s incredibly exciting. writing my story was just the beginning and now i’m venturing into the publishing world.
When I’m not writing, I’m probably in my local pole studio or at the cinema watching a comfort movie.
